While I was looking for some new managed commercial property for a colleague the other day when I saw this data on officebroker.com. They say that authorisation for planning in respect to a new 115,000 sqft, seven storey office workspace has been approved which is to be located in the West End of central Leeds. The commercial building is going to be controlled by a company called BAM Properties whose job it will be to oversee the managing, building and design of the plans using the organisation's varied internal sectors. The corporate building, which has been called Latitude Blue, is the business's third new commercial workspace in the metropolitan area of Leeds and developer, BAM, are seeking to kick-off the physical construction once a possible client is singled out. More the centre of Leeds news: West Riding House has just been procured by a private group for around £48 million which makes it the area's second highest value property transaction in the previous 12 months.
