    This, regrettably, is no joke. An official barged in as the cyclist was making arrangements for his son's funeral. Somebody needs to be fired, not reprimanded or suspended.

    At least not for Pesach. Yes, this has apparently been ruled on: marijuana is hametz - if you're Ashkenazic. Otherwise, I guess you can ... what ... light up in the middle of seder?
