Batalugu | Kids books written by you. Write, Design, Share. It's FREE. - 0 views

  •
"Batalugu.com was founded on the belief that anyone can create nicely written (possibly rhymed), beautifully illustrated and well designed, so that the printed version of your book will have the quality of a store bought children's book. If you are a parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle, or have any children in your life, you would probably like to write and illustrate a unique story especially for them. You can also create books with them. The book you have created can be shared on line with everyone. Our friendly, easy to use on-line tools will help you create the books you wish to dedicate to your children. They will take you step by step as you write, rhyme, illustrate, design and print. Registration to our website, as well as the creation and sharing of your books online are FREE of charge."

Best Practices for Writing Clicker Questions - 0 views

  •
I am frequently asked how one goes about writing effective clicker questions. My usual approach is to share examples of useful clicker questions of different types from a variety of disciplines. That works well, but I believe that some who ask me this question are looking for something more directive. I included many suggestions for writing clicker questions in Chapter 4 of my book, but I was recently asked by a colleague for some other resources on this topic. After putting together a list of a few resources in an email to him, I thought I might share it here, as well."

Assistive Technology Tools for Learning Differences and Executive Function Challenges |... - 1 views

  •
"My Assistive Technology Toolbox I use a wide variety of technologies in my practice -- both high-tech and low-tech -- too numerous to mention here. But I'd like to list the most significant ones that I rely on, and that I include in my trainings. Because so many software tools perform multiple functions, it's difficult to list technologies by category such as "Technologies for Reading" and "Technologies for Writing" -- certain tools would show up in several places -- so I've chosen to list them in a more eclectic manner that's still somewhat logical."
