"Up until recently, I have been happily using Delicious to store, organise and share my favourite links. With the Internet Explorer Delicious add-on, I found it so simple to store sites as I browsed the net. In addition, searching Delicious for websites often gave me more reliable results than mainstream search engines. This was until my teacher friend Linda Yollis suggested I try Diigo. As a ex-Delicious user, she made the switch after discovering the impressive features that Diigo offers. After I "took the tour" of Diigo, I made the switch too."

"Our current project How can we encourage the use of Video Modeling, an approach to autism education that has been recommended since 1971? In the past, few people knew about it. Those that knew also understood it was expensive and technical. Today there are more options available to us. We can buy commercial dvds, visit web sites or make our own videos. But, using video modeling, commercial or home-made, without an appreciation for the underlying science is a haphazard approach to education. Our solution is three-fold: 1. Increase public awareness of video modeling 2. Provide public education to ensure that parents and educators understand how to use the tool effectively 3. Advise school administrators how to plan for and coordinate its' use"
