A lot of people gets the notion that enlightenment is one state. Many also believe that when it is achieved, you were permanently in that state.

The next isn't a definitive report on this issue. It is just an expression of my own thoughts.

My opinion is that enlightenment is not just one single state but is really a progressive and gradual building of states of mind.

I, myself have not reach the end of the trail. But from years on the spiritual journey, I may safely say that enlightenment happens in a string or stages of self-realisations and self-discoveries.

Usually there is a difference between an initial awakening and a later stabilisation of that stage that occurs through training or activities. Get further on our affiliated essay - Click this hyperlink: what is loneliness. The original awakenings are new discoveries concerning the character of mind, while the stabilisation is the retention of what's being identified in to one's life experience. Sometimes, a brand new development may totally over-rule or change upon an older one. Get more on our affiliated article directory - Navigate to this link: a guide to books about loneliness.

Virtually all stages of enlightenment can be considered associated with Presence. But, the interesting Pres-ence will come in different examples of intensity and clarity. The amount of strength is directly determined by the amount and depth of one's understanding along with one's realisations/discoveries.

Also, together advances along, the partnership or contacts of yourself to the living and universe at large also becomes clearer.

Below really shortly illustrates the stage-based and modern nature of enlightenment:

When one first start meditating, one may first feel the Pres-ence. This Presence, is most often experienced when feelings are momentarily stopped. This Pres-ence which exists in the Eternal Present Moment is our true home.

Nevertheless this experience can only be classified as an awakening to the real self. which is no-self. The reason being, after the relaxation, the Pres-ence appears to have vanished. One can not find and understand the connection of existence to your every day life. Therefore one may have trouble re-acquiring the Presence. And it will take many stages and group of realisation to-understand the relationship of Pres-ence to our phenomenal world. It may be stated that the continuous sustaining of Presence is dependent o-n the degree and phases of realisation.

Also, through the ear-lier stages we might mistaken yet another state-to be the presence. For example, we may wrong 'I AM' for pure presence. The reason being the thinking mind has created a reflective image of Pure Presence. This representation of the total is 'I AM.'

Frequently, so that you can pass through the 'I AM' stage, the individual must go unto also deeper understandings. These understandings can include understanding that one's character isn't the doer of action. To get supplementary information, consider taking a gander at: source. This stage might persist for a while prior to the person realises the illusion of subject-object division. This phase involves ascertaining the perception of there being an observer and the being discovered. Here's where one begins to predict the character of our phenomenal world.

As they are beyond me I can't comment on the levels before me. Nonetheless, you can still see in the above explanation that enlightenment is not so straight-forward after-all.
