    The United States Agency for International Development, Regional Development Mission for Asia (USAID/RDMA) is in the process of gathering information to support anticipated project design in support of the U.S. Government's efforts to strengthen higher education in the Lower Mekong so as to better prepare students to join the 21st century workforce in high growth sectors. This Request for Information (RFI) offers the opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to provide recommendations on how to best equip post-secondary students with the skills required by employers in the five Lower Mekong countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam).

    The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Mission in Malawi, is publishing this Request for Information (RFI) in order to provide US and Malawi-based academia, industry, and other stakeholders the opportunity to review, comment, suggest, and input into the development of two potential USAID/Malawi activities that will involve partnerships between US and Malawian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The two potential activities will focus on: 1) expanding degree opportunities in Malawi; and 2) strengthening Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) in Higher Education.
