  That was a really interesting read. Last semester I completed one of the Masters subject in Communities of Practice and The secret of Minecraft resonated well. My kids play it at home and learn off each other. I haven't looked at the tools out there or the communities around this Minecraft world but it's definitely an interesting area to explore when it comes to sharing and building tacit knowledge.
