    Hi viv, my laptop crashed and burned today & i lost everything!! :-( I hadn't had a chance to save to diigo or even an external drive, which i was determined to buy this week!!! I am going to have to send it away to be fixed, but in the meantime i can use our old home computer. What i was wondering is that when we get it back could i book you in to help me get all the bits and pieces together.? Ally Moles

    Hi Alison - when you say it "crashed", what exactly has happened? Sometimes, files are retrievable and all is not lost! If you give me an email address, I can send some info for checking a few things out before panic sets in.

    Hi Definitely Ally I am happy to help. :-) A lot of work sorting another computer.

    I will get you connected to Shawn as she is a whizz with sorting computers when crashed.
    This situation is exactly when Diigo comes into it's fore... if you had saved any favourites they would still be acceptable. I will also introduce you to www.dropbox.com for saving your files on the www as well.
    Shawn I have Ally's contact details will send you an email when i get to work.
