Picasa is a great photo manipulation tool that organizes your photos and videos and allows you to share these online. This is a free program up to a certain size (1 GB). The great thing is you only use space when you publish to the internet. I love using it!

There are a couple of different programs from this vendor that will allow you to capture a screen demonstration with or without an audio track, and then create an avi output file that you can publish (see autoscreenrecorder). Also, some snapshot captures and animators.

So this has nothing to do with Tech Tools but through my frustrations to get all of this to coalesce on Diigo for the assignment, I stumbled upon a funny video, enjoy!
