Diigo's latest upgrade has made it all the rage. My twitter is full of diigo related tweets and many, many of the blogs that I read contain posts and comments about this excellent web application.

Thanks for the post Rick - Twitter was a breeze in comparison to Diigo. Maybe I'll come around. :-)

Susan, yes, this is just basic photo editing compared to the real Photoshop. Although, more than adequate results with a few tools.

Picasa is a great photo manipulation tool that organizes your photos and videos and allows you to share these online. This is a free program up to a certain size (1 GB). The great thing is you only use space when you publish to the internet. I love using it!

I found this video when teaching a class on creativity. It is a bit long but very enjoyable if you have the time.

I faced an internet connection issue, and this article shows how Twitter can be a reliable tool even when there is no connection, as students can receive messages to their phone. I thought it would be interesting to see how Twitter is being used in the Arab world academia
