    I need to read this article a little closer. We are offering our first fully online language courses for Elem and Interm Spanish this summer. And then, we have to be careful if they go to their union about the differences in compensation.

    Nothing surprises me anymore, I was the grievance chair for adjunct's union and we are allowed to take one class per semester. Admin got to fire an adjunct for having someone take a course for him at the same time he was teaching a class.
