http://www.merlotx.org/ is the main site for the online textbooks of all different categories. The link above is for Literature but the merlotx.org site covers just about every subject. Merlot itself is a great resource but this subsection can be very useful.

This is a great resource for the instructor and to share with students on how to use diigo.

The Internet Scout Report is a weekly newsletter of sorts that shares some excellent internet resources that can be used in teaching (subscribe for free). Every week, I find myself forwarding at least two or three resources to our faculty, and the response has been very positive.

Educators may feel sometimes like they're on an island with little help in sight. But as technology teaching resources go, it may encourage you to learn that there are a number of online solutions available to help promote education from teaching reading basics to organizing classroom activities and encouraging civic involvement.

This a great (free) Pharmacology Open Education Resource (OER) for any nursing faculty. I have utilized this in my classes and my students have reported positive feedback on this resource. The e-book also has interactive case studies that I have implemented too. The same company is developing a Fundamentals nursing book (OER) that is set to launch later this summer.
