It's pretty shocking that Horace Andy's voice still sounds as good as it does. This vid (dug at Urb) finds Ashley Beedle working boards as some assemblage of foreigners rave a riddim.
This guys a pretty underrated guitarist. The track above, Gypsy in my Soul, sounds more aggressive than anything his contemporaries came up with. It might be a bit sloppy sounding at points - that's relative - but Kessel gives an inspired performance in a trio setting nonetheless.
Chabad might be one of the creppiest Jewish organizations out there - I know, trust me...no seriously, they're all freakin' nuts - but they got Bob Dylan to put on a kippah (that little hat thing) and play the recorder. Good Shabbos and to all the goys, enjoy Friday.
