    In this first episode of our Nādā Yoga practice series, we'll be working on a basic standing posture called Urdhva Dandasana. Urdhva Dandasana is a great pose to start your day, and it's also great for strengthening your core and improving your posture. Marlia Coeur, instructor of traditional Nādā Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, will be joining us in this practice, and she'll be teaching us how to do this pose and some other basics.
