According to the consensus of traditional scholars and many Islamic legal bodies, followers of Qadiyaniat are not considered Muslims. This is primarily due to their belief in Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as a prophet, which directly opposes the fundamental Islamic creed of Khatm-e-Nubuwwat (finality of prophethood).

The Qur'an explicitly states in Surah Al-Ahzab (33:40) that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the "Seal of the Prophets," a declaration that has been interpreted by scholars for centuries to mean the absolute end of prophethood. This belief is foundational to the Islamic identity.

Based on this, countries like Pakistan have enacted constitutional measures to declare Qadiyanis as non-Muslims. Numerous fatwas from globally recognized Islamic institutions have echoed the same position, making it a settled issue in traditional Islamic jurisprudence.

This legal classification is not about discrimination but rather the theological boundaries that define the Muslim ummah and ensure the integrity of Islamic beliefs.
