    Google has decided to a $90 million settlement account in the class action lawsuit filed by Lane's Gift suggestions & Collectibles that found light last April.     We are proposing a settlement with the plaintiffs in this instance. The proposal would allow advertisers to use for loans for clicks they believe weren't valid.     Google's also posted a much longer statement on its website here. It includes that the judge still needs to approve the settlement, which may allow any Google marketer to apply for credit involving dubious ticks from 2002 through the state settlement day. Especially, it would be credit to purchase new advertising given, not really a refund.
