The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is offering low-interest loans to Clatsop County residents and businesses that were affected by the Dec. 2 storm.

SBA provides low interest disaster loans for the counties suffered from February flooding and storms. Tennessee and Ohio have already been granted.
