A QUEST is a journey in Google Earth that allows the user to explore while Questioning and Understanding Earth and Space science Themes.  Created by undergraduate students at Penn State Brandywine, Earth and Space QUESTs are designed for middle school students, high school students, and the general public.  Each QUEST provides scientifically accurate information presented in a geographic context to enhance several literacies.

Debategraph provides a powerful way for geographically distributed groups to collaborate in real-time in thinking through complex issues. It does so by enabling groups of any size to externalise, visualize, question, and evaluate all of the considerations that anyone thinks might be relevant to the issues at hand - and by facilitating an intelligent, constructive dialogue around those issues. Whether the group is a small team, an organization, a network of organizations, or society as a whole, the ability to augment our individual capacity to choose wisely in the face of the complex, multi-dimensional problems we confront today is ever more pressing.

Flipping the math classroom and questioning

Thanks for the article. I too have found myself questioning if all of the screen time is necessary....it does change the world at home!

So, my question is, did you understand all of the steps he used to create that? I read the article and I got lost about 3 steps in.... I must say, it looks awesome!

This would be great for the student data boards if you could find a way to give those groups who need it access to change the data.
