Businesses and Employers can find help with recruiting, unemployment claim management, and helpful information on how to prevent and manage layoffs. In addition to this it lists programs and services that are available to both employees and employers. Also, it is a good resource for workplace laws and rules.
    This website is directed towards all workers, employed or unemployed, and their employers'. It gives a wide range of information on Texas employment laws, helps people find work, and helps employers maintain employees. It is very easy to navigate and also lists locations and phone numbers for those who aren't so comfortable. Their slogan at the top of the webpage says "We're here to help" and you really get that feeling. This is an excellent resource and relates to this class by helping people find work and helping employers' create a happy work environment.
