Google Drive is one of the fundamental tools in our digital toolkits as teachers and educators. Whether you want to compose a document, create a presentation, design a sheet, or share a beautiful drawing you made, Google Drive provides you with the tools to do that on any device and anywhere you are with an internet connection .

Here is a terrific site for creating an online photo album or scrapbooks. This site also allows collaboration which make it ideal for group projects. Signing up does require an email address but no other personal information is needed. The site is very simple to use as all you need is to add pictures and then text to accompany each picture and the site does the rest. Once you are done the book can be downloaded as a PDF to be handed in or students can share the book with the teacher.

Zoho Survey lets you mix and match 21 response formats in your surveys. It provides you with ready made templates and themes to use with your surveys Multiple question types are available and hence you can ask your audience exactly what you want. Add logic to your surveys by skipping or adding questions. Depending on the survey taker's previous responses, you can always make the surveys shorter and more relevant. Share survey links across social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus and watch the responses roll in. Zoho Survey automatically generates links and HTML/embed codes, so you can display your surveys on your website or blog. Pixiclip is an excellent free web tool that provides users with a canvas where they can draw, sketch, narrate, and record their creations. This is an ideal whiteboard tool that you can use with your students to record explanations of processes or to create tutorials for flipped classroom materials.

Gmail Contact Group allows you to organize your contacts into different groups so you can easily send emails to specific set of people. As a teacher, you can create a contract group for each of your classes and this way you can email all the students in a single class by simply selecting their group.

"The interactive Printing Press is designed to assist students in creating newspapers, brochures, and flyers. Teachers and students can choose from several templates to publish class newspapers, informational brochures, and flyers announcing class events. Text added to the templates can be modified using a simple WYSIWYG editor, which allows students to choose text features, such as font size and color. Documentation for the Printing Press includes instructions for using the tool. Customized versions of the tool, which include additional instructions and more focused choices, are included with some lessons. The Stapleless Book is a web tool provided by ReadWriteThink and enables students to create short printed books of approximately 6 to 8 pages. The process is dead simple. Students open up Staples Book tool, type in a title for their book and proceed to constructing their pages. For each page they have the option to choose from different layouts. Once they are done writing up their book they can print out the pages and easily fold them into a neat book. This video shows you how to do the folding part.
