American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS) Annual Meeting is organized by American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS) and would be held during Jan 10 - 13, 2018 at El Conquistador, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, Fajardo, Puerto Rico, United States Of America. The target audience for this medical event for health care professionals involved in the assessment and management of a wide variety of common and complex conditions of the hand and upper limb. The Assisting Hand Assessment Certification is organized by Texas Children's Hospital and would be held during Nov 17 - 19, 2017 at Texas Children's Hospital - Feigin Center, Houston, Texas, United States of America. This cme conference has been approved with a maximum of 16.75 contact hours. The Assisting Hand Assessment (AHA) is now a well-established and frequently used evaluative tool to measure how effectively children with unilateral hand dysfunction actually use their involved hand collaboratively with their well-functioning hand to perform bimanual tasks. Objectives Demonstrate the set up, conduct and video record an Assisting Hand Assessment session and produce reliable scores according to the criteria in the manual Verbalize the concept and construct of the test and its psychometric properties Interpret and communicate the outcome of the test.
