    Here are my SMART goal resources for educators:

    This video is from the teachingchannel.org. This video on how to use data to drive project development is a great resource for teachers of elementary students. The teachers in this video, use data to strengthen teaching and learning practices of their students. ESL students are given the quality of education they need by having teachers use the data to improve teaching.

    This video gives teachers a quick example of how to write a SMART goal for the classroom. The video is animated with good points as to questions one should ask when developing SMART goals and associated materials.

    This video covers the use of Common Formative Assessments of CFA's to improve student learning. Teachers are eager to find out what struggling learners need to make improvements in order to progress forward and actually be successful.
