  This video focuses on Language Dives which are helpful to all students; especially those in the ELL program. In my group, Spencer has set a goal to improve his ELL students comprehension which should aid in the increase of their overall grades within his physical education classes. While the Language Dives were shown being used in a k-5 educational establishment, this strategy can be used within the physical education learning environment when text is used. For the Planning Protocol Rubric, several of the categories are represented. In regards to Spencer's SMART goal, the video relates to an impact on learning. The goal focuses on an overall improve of grades with the ELL students so it would definitely have an impact on their learning.
