    Our group is working on solving the exploratory question: "What teaching strategies are we presently using to teach phonemic awareness, specifically rhyming? How can those strategies be improved, and what additional strategies should be considered?"

    This website helps students and promotes phonemic awareness. According to literary research phonemic awareness is is the ability to hear, identify, and manipulate individual sounds-phonemes--in spoken words. Therefore, this website has taken that concept and provided several thing to encourage students ability to grasp the concept and to help promote higher learning such as reading, vocabulary ,etc. It consist of several resources and activities that will help students such as phonemic skills games, interactive videos, stories and reading activities. It also can help educators as well because they have teacher resources and child progress trackers.

    This website promotes teaching children rhyming words. It explains to educators how to encourage students to learn rhyme. For the younger school grades students are learning about the beginning stages of grammar and literacy that will help prepare them for higher learning. This website have several activities and resources that help both the educator and students to incorporate rhyme in the classroom.
