This is something I can't wrap my head around. We have cigarettes behind screens at the till. They don't display the name of the brand anywhere on the pack. You can't advertise these anywhere.
And yet, none of this applies to vapes.
They're sold in open view in the middle of shopping centres. There's advertising of them around the place. And they also have their names plastered. Not only this, but it feels like a lot of them are targeted towards younger people; with bright colours and often cartoony characters.
