i almost forgot about this forum. its been years since i visited it. i guess im really really desperate so i remembered it.
as i said a second ago, im really desperate. im struggling with porn addiction. i dont wanna live life anymore if im dependent on watching porn to function. this problem is so undetected and thrown off as nothing that i cant really find any support offline. i can only get ridiculed or told "everybody watches porn" and stuff like that. its like im trying to quit smoking in mid 60s but a lot worse obviously since i was a smoker for years and as hard as quitting nicotine was, it was a breeze compared to this.
for anybody trying to give me advice just imagine what would you tell a hardcore heroin addict. i know you sedona people are a lot more understandable and dont care too much about the "specific problem" so i hope you gonna help me deal with this maybe on some deeper level because going completely offline for a year is impossible these days, especially when cravings come. here is the article where i can get help how to quit porn
