Rather than bring in a disparate to Yardbook system, howabout using the Jobs > +Task function Salesforce Consulting Manchester? You could create the Task, assign it to the Customer account, as well as the staffer you want to handle it. This will then show on the day's calendar and you can then mark it as complete when they've been called back
