Asian specialty drinks in a decrease of 2% recorded in the off-trade volume terms in 2010. Asian still RTD tea, Asian juice, both negative performance, which led to a reduction of class registration, even if the grain / pulses drinks has shown excellent performance in off-trade sales volumes increased by 4% and the 'off-trade value sales grew by 7%. Class in other Asian specialty drinks also recorded positive growth in 2010.
RTD coffee is mainly sold in on-trade outlets. The popularity of coffee is still way behind that of tea. However, sales are rising thanks to the different coffee drinks being served in on-trade outlets. Kazakhstanis prefer coffee with milk.
