Stock Market Today 15 June 2012 Today the pre-opening morning session of the stock market began with the Nifty and Sensex indicating a flat start. The SGX Nifty was at 5077, up 26 points. Normal trading started at Sensex and Nifty showed a positive node with 115 point up in sensex and 35 points up in the Nifty.

The market extended its southward journey for the second trading session of the October month with the Sensex falling 296.02 points or 1.11 percent to 26271.97 on Tuesday. Jeera prices continued its selloffs and finally closed at 17875 levels. As prices broke the long run ascending trend line support of 18050, sentiments turned bearish and currently prices need to break 45 day EMA support of 17524 for the correction to continue towards 17280 followed by 16940 levels. Further, the daily RSI (14) is still treading within the over bought zone, suggesting a near term lower correction on the cards.
