Lifting Magnet is a certain type of electromagnet in which, material to be held or moved is placed in contact with the magnet, and then is relocated. Also known as holding magnet, lifting magnets comprise of an array of magnets namely Permanent Lifting Magnets, Circular Lift Magnets and Rectangular Lift Magnets.

They are comprised of a stationary permanent magnet, either standard Ferrite Magnets or High Power Rare Earth Magnets enclosed in a non-magnetic stainless-steel drum. Product flow is diverted so that it falls onto the top and flows across the surface of the drum. Ferrous matter contained in the product flow is drawn to the drum's surface (and held against it) by the powerful magnet housed inside.

Magnetic Ferrous Traps are suitable for liquid filtration and separation in pipe line. The magnetic tubes with in the trap catch the tramp Iron/fine iron contamination in a product a it flows through the processing line there by protecting product purity and preventing abrasive wear, prevents pumps from jamming, reduced damage and maintenance to mixers, refiners, filters, pumps etc.

Rectangular Magnets are engineered for specific applications in the handling of sheets, billets, bundles and other steel mill-type uses. The low power consumption and Class H insulated coils ensure that these magnets provide immediate and profitable productivity.

Manufacture and supplier of ferrite magnets, which are composed of strontium carbonate and iron oxide. These are generally available in various forms like that of discs, rings, blocks and cylinders.
