    More info on the Google GPL violation. This article states that header files might not be subject to copyright, so Google might be in the clear.

    Google may have attempted to pass GPLv2 code off as Apache Software License. If the code is eventually deemed GPLv2, then it may force all Android developers to publish their source code to be in compliance with GPL.
