I actually have a contact through my grad program with a gentlemen who works expressly with schools in South Africa that use mobile phones for education. He has been spear-heading a program through Sprint, where they get old refurbished phones for use in South African schools.
I guess what I'm saying is, if anyone wants to connect with him or schools down there, let me know, and I'll hook you up :)
