    In response to your story I do hope that these kids didn't seriously consider themselves to be better than the older generation. I am a bit young but have never for a second thought that because I use any technological device even with ease that it meant I helped create the technology (if so I would have a lot more money). My hope is that they will see when they get older that other generations seriously impacted how our current technology was formed and without history as it was we wouldn't be here today. I think it takes a maturity level to appreciate different peoples cultures and I think that's appropriate to say that we do live in different cultures these days.

    The one valid point I do think they made is the older generation may never be able to fully understand the way they think but they may understand the technology. And if generation X does understand it will most likely be different from how they themselves think. I don't find this to be a bad thing because hopefully we can learn from one another's different types of thinking and become a better society.
