Shamefully I'm 28 and still living with mother. (Its not so bad ... she is the worlds best cook, she's a real laugh so it's more like living with a friend - or a child on her more petulant days - but the fact that I couldn't move out if I wanted to is a bit grating.)
Why can't I move out. I live in London... the only place I could afford would be that wheelie bin the cat hating old bag chucked that poor kitty into.
Anyway, my boyfriend and I have had to start becoming more serious with our financial plans. Having always wanted to be an entrepreneur, my boyfriend started looking into low cost investments and when I say low cost I mean very low (he being very gung ho and me reining him in with my cautiousness - and threats! lol).
He tells me we now have a net worth of several grand. This is obviously not enough to get a flat yet but it's certainly not bad for only a few months. The trick is finding the ways to make your money earn for you with minimum involvement from yourself. For a little look at how my Mr is slowly building his empire check out this blog...
