The inherent divinity of the human being, universal brotherhood, unity of all faiths, and collective human progress and peace - these are basic to all true religions and form their core.

Every religion is meaningful, provided we change our attitude towards what religion teach us, and practice just good things prescribed by them.

Fifth January is celebrated as Guru Govind Singh's birth anniversary. He was the tenth and last Guru of Sikkism. He declared the Guru Granth Sahib; the holy scripture of Sikhism as the next permanent Guru. He propagated the concept of Sikhism and messages of Guru Nanak; such as - 'Caste and dynastic pride are condemnable notions; The One Master shelters all existence. Any one arrogating superiority to himself shall be disillusioned'.
