Most of the teachers' TISD email accounts are connected to their phones so they can answer questions about homework in the evening, officials said. "That way, students have their questions answered before they come to class," Director of Communications Matthew LeBlanc said. "They have any confusion about a subject cleared up ahead of time so they are ready to learn during actual class time," he said.
