Assessment of Individual and Group Use of Problems Solving Strategies Using Online Disc... - 1 views

  •
After our webinar on using onine forums in edcucation, I found this article really interesting. It uses "interactive online problem-based learning" to help students learn problem solving skills. The really amazing thing was that they were able to analyze individual student responses to determine what type of problem solver each student was and then provide extra help for students where they needed it! Great using of online learning!

'Using Technology to Enhance Learning Activities' - 0 views

  •
Two good sets here (I think!): What technology can I use for...? if you have decided on a particular activity for your students and want to know what sort(s) of technology could support it. What can I do with...? if you have heard about a particular technology or tool and want to know whether, and how, it might be useful to you and your students. Phoebe has been developed by a team from the Technology-Assisted Lifelong Learning unit at Oxford University and Oxford University Computing Services with funding from the JISC Design for Learning programme.
