There can be a million reasons why you have Tinnitus. Lets have a quick look at some of the most common symptoms for tinnitus.

Exactly how many of these signs can you affect your-self? Add more in case you have to.

    Lack of focus,

    Headaches,

    Exhaustion,

    Cultural escape,

    Depressive moods,

    Tension,

    Pressure and anxiety,

    Lack of self confidence,

    Insomnia,

    Exhaustion,

    Devaluation,

Other than the hearing loss which can be physical, all other signs listed below are of a subconscious character.

Lets get 3 essential things into perspective here. Until they are tattooed into your heart I'll repeat these 3 sentences.

    1. Tinnitus isn't a disease, it is a sign!

    2. You're not ill and you are not mentally ill. You're being warned!

    3. If you recognize it as a part of you you will defeat tinnitus.

The sooner you can expect to produce progress, as soon as you're ready to accept the tinnitus is part of you.

The ability of the head is incredible. Look at this carefully. If tinnitus succeeded in turning your life inverted

then accept the fact that all it used to accomplish anguish was your own personal mind. Thats quite an achievement isnt it??

Thats how powerful your mind is. If it's the capacity to make your daily life a complete misery then certainly it can be re-programmed to do the contrary.

Its entirely your responsibility. The solution lies within yourself and your ability to understand.

What do we all know about the reasons for tinnitus?.

Where does it have its roots?

Ever heard of social illness? Me either. Their a term that I love though.

In Germany its named Volkskrankheit ( has nothing related to cars ).

I once tried to make a summary of all things which I suspected might have led to MY very own tinnitus. Clearly, I listed the negative facets of my life over a 10 year period.

Many of these things could have been prevented, many of them were linked to each other. Dont forget, this is just a listing of things that I believe should be mentioned.

Ive tried never to generalize and Ive tried my most readily useful to stay honest, even when it indicates confessing with a bad sins.

To be perfectly honest its much less spectacular because it seems. When on paper It only seems outrageous!

    Marital Stress,

    Major smoking,

Medicine and medicine abuse, (i.e. Valium, Marijuana, Cocaine)

    Relationship disaster,

    unhealthy eating habits,

    Loud noises,

    High blood sugar rate,

    Individual damage,

Caffeine habit ( coffee and cola )

    Sleep disorders,

    Financial Problems,

    Overweight,

    Company difficulties,

    Interest to worry about everything.

It seems bad I understand. The worst thing is that I am certainly one of millions who used to live like this. If you cant determine with anything written on this list then you shouldnt have tinnitus. Any one of these components on their own will be hazardous enough for any person.

Mix them and youre left with an occasion bomb waiting to explode.

So we now have two lists. The initial one above describes the signs and the next one describes possible causes. If you look carefully in the causes it wont take much imagination to conjure up a 'symptom list' such as the one above. What else would you expect?.

I care youTake a pencil and paperwrite down your personal 'bad record.' Be completely honest and take note of everything that you arent proud of or even would prefer to forget. Write down all the stuff you'd like to change if you had a magic wand. ( My bad record is there for all to see. You can cover yours :o)

In addition, you dont have to have tinnitus to make a number like mine. I'd be ready to bet that EVERYONE will come up with an inventory much like mine. I say only similar because I know that perhaps not most people are overweight, or smokes or tried drugs.

Think watchfully about what you are studying in your list. If you are really honest, you will discover that you dont need a magic wand to reduce this list. The only real person on this earth that could change this record to something to be happy with is YOU!

I consider myself to be happy. Tinnitus gave me a chance to re-shuffle my life

    After moreDont forget.

Ive been searching for an English Term for the German term Hrsturz. Actually this expression consists of 2 words.

Time (to know ) and Sturz ( to crash ). I find this a fitting term

Anyway this 'Auditory Crash' of hearing lasted nearly 2-days at the most and due to my medical practitioner, I was up and a couple of week later.

After reading several books and collecting most of the information I could find, I decided to act. I didnt know it then, however the decision to cut out exactly what was hurting me probably saved my life. Discover more on our affiliated encyclopedia by navigating to my audiology.
