These all ring true for me. It's time to throw everything you knew about school out the window and get out the smartphone.

Awesome Web 2.0 Tools page on Professional Development site.  To my "Learning in the 21st Century" learning collaborative:  I found this site yesterday and was so wishing I could share it with you all.  Thanks to Kae--it is now possible!  I think you will enjoy the resources at this website!

This is a wonderful graphic to share 8 mind habits that enhance learning.

I like both the graphic and ideology, but we need to ask "kelly" which 8 of the 16 references are the 8 habits.......?

"students are expected to not only obtain knowledge through the use of technology, but more importantly, they are asked to demonstrate their learning through the use of technology and to share that learning with a global community. These are important components to our new educational model and... important skills for students under the Common Core".

The Common Core is so overwhelming , all encompassing and tough to absorb at a glance. This article does a great job deciphering some of the details relating to technology integration not only needed, but apparently necessary, in the classroom.
