Sony Ericsson has recently unveiled that the company is offering 50 gigabytes Cloud-based storage memory space without any charge to Xperia mobile owners. The 50GB space is offered by the Box, which is a practiced cloud-based storage space provider.

"Now that we have the I.D.E.A. Studio  (Imagination Destination at Episcopal Academy), a new space at my school for interdisciplinary work, I have been excited to collaborate with teachers to imagine new student projects. Our first grade social studies work is centered around an exploration of places, starting with students' bedrooms and expanding out all the way to the Earth. This exploration begins by reading students the book Me on the Map. From there, students begin following a similar examination of places and maps that the girl in the book explores. Over the past few years, I have developed a variety of projects that integrate technology into this work in meaningful ways, such as the intersections between mapping, coding, and the distance between home and school. This year, I wanted to see if we could bring more hands-on making into the curriculum. I began to design a new unit (check out this Google Doc to see it) that would bring together students' expertise and knowledge of current spaces they frequent (e.g., their bedrooms, the classroom, or the lunchroom) and allow them to consider the design elements involved in creating one of those spaces together as a class. This type of project would integrate ISTE standards, Next Generation Science Standards, reading and writing standards, and connect directly to students' expanding exploration of places from Me on the Map."

This is very cool. Em Sense people are thinking big time. How long till this Small Business is bought out by +Microsoft Corporation or +Think with Google ? This is hot. When they loan this technology to small business a new industry will explode. Many more small business will be created filling this space till it is common place.

"Google's dominance in mobile advertising and Apple's growing iAd platform on iOS convinced Samsung to launch its own rival advertising platform called "Samsung AdHub Market." The Wall Street Journal reported the company officially announced the platform on Tuesday, which uses technology from OpenX Technologies Inc. According to the report, the company will allow advertisers to buy space within apps through developers and Samsung. The ads are expected to appear on Samsung phones and tablets sometime in last half of the year."

C.H.I.P. is a $9 portable computer that can do a range of things a computer does. Designed as a chip, it contains a process, RAM and storage space to allow for a range of uses, like a computer would. It is able to use Libre Office, play games, connect to the Internet and use other application preinstalled in C.H.I.P.
