Apple, the biggest successor of newly launched iPhone 4S now has released its up-next beta version of iOS 5 called as "iOS 5.0.1 beta 2."

The Korean mobile handsets maker "Samsung", has unveiled Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 device with 1 GHz processor.

"After hearing various complaints from iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S users about their phone's battery life, Apple confirmed they would be bringing out a revised version of iOS 5 to cure the problem. At the time they gave no indication when this would be, but got the ball rolling straight away with a beta version of iOS 5.0.1 seeded to developers."

Few days ahead of MWC 2012, LG is continuously announcing latest Android-powered smartphones. This week, LG announced the 5.0-inch LG Optimus Vu, and now the company has officially uncovered its latest smartphone called "LG Optimus 3D Max".

There has been a lot of guess work when it comes to the newest version of Android. One of the favorite speculations for the product is what it will be named. We got our answer today, as Google has chosen the surprising title of Android KitKat. This will be the 4.4 version and not 5.0 as everybody expected.
