Few days ahead of MWC 2012, LG is continuously announcing latest Android-powered smartphones. This week, LG announced the 5.0-inch LG Optimus Vu, and now the company has officially uncovered its latest smartphone called "LG Optimus 3D Max".

BGR has recently reported that the details of LG Optimus 3D 2 have been leaked again with more pictures and specifications before the formal declaration by the company at MWC trade show 2012

"Hot on the heels of a leak showing a quad-core LG phone named the X3, is news that the company could also be planning to release a new Optimus 3D device, following the appearance of an LG phone codenamed CX2."

LG, recently in news due to developing display for upcoming Apple iPad, now has publicly unveiled that it has planned to update the LG Optimus 3D to Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.

LG is now on track and planning to set smash hit by announcing several smartphones at the Mobile World Congress event next month.
