A wiki that clearly allows tracing of every revision. This may work better than Moodle's wiki. Neet to play with this with others, though, to find out.

Not sure how this works, since the edit tool locks up. I need to be able to determine after the fact who added what.

I use the sticky notes in Windows 7. When I log on to the KVCC network, the sticky note captures my log in info. I have to remember to click outside the note first.
