Not really networking related but if you want to change your start button on your Windows 7 based computer you can go to this link and download the software. You can even Photoshop your own creations to make your start button more personalized.
It is a litte bit of an oudated article, and it has some specificity to Windows 2000 that I am not sure if applies to other operating systems, but other than that, the article seems to be very good.
Microsoft's virtual assistant Cortana is now available on the Windows 10 Technical Preview. Cortana -- who is named after the AI co-star in Microsoft's Halo series -- is the company's answer to Siri and Google Now. She takes over the operating system's search functionality, tackling local searches as well as helping you track down stuff on the Web.
