This is more useful than the previous bookmark: it actually describes types of definionts, attributes of KM and differentiates KM activities from KM outcomes. Good stuff.
it builds on someone else's post ( http://blog.simslearningconnections.com/?p=279 ) that presents more than 50 definitions of KM, and presents a categorization of them. Quite interesting and possibly relevant for academic purposes.
Everyone in the group is welcome to share all the bookmarks they have on KM... It's not like i want to monopolize the group. Let's get some sharing going!
There is a simple way to do this: If you have been taging your bookmarks carefully, all those that bear the KM (or whatever you use that indicates the bookmark is directly related to Knowledge Management) tag can be shared at once to the group... please do try that option.
Actually, you can import to Diigo ALL your del.icio.us bookmarks. Then you can filter the km related ones and share those to the group.
If you are not yet fully converted to Diigo, and are not willing to take that chance, you could always drop a simple link to your km tags in Del.icio.us. The link would look something like that: http://delicious.com/vahidm/km where "vahidm" is your user name and "km" the tag you use for km related stuff.
Of course, the importing of your bookmarks into diigo makes more sense for the group, since the results would be directly searchable, but it demands more clicks... Maybe worth the trouble if you've already found stuff you like in our links? Please? :)
Thanks for joining in, making use of, and sharing with this group.

One small detail: Once you get around to using the Diigo toolbar, you will notice a very nifty feature: everytime you save your bookmark to diigo, you can make a "copy" of every single bookmark to del.icio.us. This means that you have two copies of your bookmarks: talk about redundancy and safety!! If one service is cut-off, you still have access to the other one!
To implement this, you need to 1) install the diigo toolbar 2) go to options, in the Diigo menu in the toolbar 3) select the "bookmark and highlights" tab 4) look at "save elsewhere" and click on "Set-up->" 5) write down your account name and password for del.icio.us (or other bookmark service), and validate them. 6) save those settings and bookmark on!!
Also, do notice the "import bookmark" on the diigo menu of the diigo toolbar. It's fairly painless, and you do want to have a back-up of those precious bookmarks...
