  I have finally found a cure. About 2 yrs ago I started to snore. It got to the point that my wife, soul mate and lover of more than 36 years had to leave the place and sleep on the chair. I also had sleep apnea. I'd stop breathing and my partner remained awake to ensure I'd start breathing again. In summary she wasnt getting much sleep through the night, and I wasnt getting much quality sleep either. He said he didnt bring it up because most dental insurance plans dont purchase it. It was apparent form his answer that he was just profit motivated.   To create a long story short, I went along to my dentist and got the snore guard. It worked! And to top it off, my dental insurance covered all but about $125. I dont snore and I dont stop breathing in my sleep. Personally I think best-of all and rested in the day, my wife is able to sleep all night for the very first time in two years. The dentist said they've a couple of 800-518 success rate with this machine. I was real astonished that I didnt learn about this device sine I was a dental technician in the Army and my spouse was a dental technician in the past and her sister happens to be a dental technician. I wish I had known about this sooner. The brand-name of the applying that I use is Silent Nite. Ask your dentist about it or just the generic term "snore guard" to view what he or she might recommend. Just so that you know, I have no connection with the maker of the item. There are other similar products on the market and if any one of you've experience with these let me know and I will pass on the information. Only one more side note, it was not hard to get used to wearing the applying at night. It is quite comfortable, and an easy task to put on and take off.
