Does everyone in your family have a snoring problem? stop snoring
    sleep apnea
I have finally found a cure. About 2 yrs ago I started to snore. It got to the point that my wife, soul mate and lover of more than 36 years had to leave the place and sleep on the chair. I also had sleep apnea. I'd stop breathing and my partner remained awake to ensure I'd start breathing again. In summary she wasnt getting much sleep through the night, and I wasnt getting much quality sleep either. Sometimes Gila (my spouse) was shaking me to have me to breath or I was waking myself up with all the sound.

Finally about a year before I visited the neighborhood sleep clinic. Their conclusion was I was a candidate for the positive air pressure markers one wears at night to cure the situation. My wife said NO compared to that idea, as the sound from the machine would be as poor as my snoring. About a year after my visit to the sleep clinic I saw an ad on the web unintentionally. It talked about a devise called a Snore Guard. I called the doctor at the sleep clinic and asked why he never mentioned this possible alternative last year. He said he didnt bring it up because most dental insurance plans dont purchase it. It was apparent form his answer that he was just profit motivated. He'd only profit it I obtained the noisy air stress develop and wasn't about to talk about something that he wouldnt profit from.

To create a long story short, I went along to my dentist and got the snore guard. It worked! And to top it off, my dental insurance covered all but about $125. I dont snore and I dont stop breathing in my sleep. Personally I think best-of all and rested in the day, my wife is able to sleep all night for the very first time in two years. The dentist said they've a couple of 800-518 success rate with this machine. I was real astonished that I didnt learn about this device sine I was a dental technician in the Army and my spouse was a dental technician in the past and her sister happens to be a dental technician. I wish I had known about this sooner. The brand-name of the applying that I use is Silent Nite. Ask your dentist about it or just the generic term "snore guard" to view what he or she might recommend. Just so that you know, I have no connection with the maker of the item. There are other similar products on the market and if any one of you've experience with these let me know and I will pass on the information. Only one more side note, it was not hard to get used to wearing the applying at night. It is quite comfortable, and an easy task to put on and take off.
