Companys representatives appear to delight in arguing with and stone-walling consumers and some even brag on their blogs about early morning and late evening calling just to upset buyers to set them up for their day.
  
  What type of person gets kicks from this sort of behavior? Do they even think just before they call the reaction of the consumer they call and whom they may well come in speak to with that day? Is this type of action possibly far more legal liability just waiting to occur?
