  So I gave company phones to my small team, but now I'm noticing productivity tanking. I'm pretty sure some folks are glued to social media. I don't wanna be Big Brother, just need to keep things on track. Any monitoring app you'd recommend for managing work phone usage?

  Had a similar situation last year-gave out phones thinking it'd streamline everything. Instead, I caught my tech guy livestreaming game sessions during work hours .
