If you're craving some authentic Uzbeki food, especially shashlik, you should definitely check out BelugaHouse . After a dance performance last month that featured Central Asian music, I was also on a mission to find the real deal, and Beluga House hit the spot. Their shashlik is chargrilled perfection!
