  Hello! In all three years that I have used Simple Mobile, I have never had any major problems with them. They offer a great plan without any contract and I don't worry about my minutes as the plan is unlimited. The only time I had to call a simple mobile phone number was when the money was not credited to my account, but they sorted it out and fixed it very quickly.
